California Consumer Privacy Act Notice

The following CCPA notice template has been prepared for review by legal counsel and has not yet been formally approved. Please treat this page as a draft until our legal team signs off.
1. Notice at Collection — categories of personal information collected
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), California residents have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which we use them.
In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories:
- Identifiers — name, business email, phone number, company name, IP address.
- Professional or employment information — role, industry, and project details.
- Internet or other electronic network activity information — pages viewed, referring URL, approximate geolocation, and aggregate traffic analytics.
- Inferences — basic qualification of your inquiry so we can route it to the right engineer.
2. Purposes of collection and use
We collect and use each category of personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a quotation or site assessment.
- To communicate with you about your project, our services, and follow-up questions.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal, audit, and recordkeeping obligations.
3. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Right to opt out of sale or sharing
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. I-CARRY (US) does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
To exercise your right to opt out of any future sale or sharing of your personal information, please submit a request using one of the methods below. We will respond within 15 business days as required by the CCPA.
5. Other California rights
In addition to the right to opt out, California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information to that which is necessary to provide our services.
- Non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights.

6. How to submit a CCPA request
You can submit a verifiable consumer request in any of the following ways:
- Email us at lizhiqaing@jtrobots.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request".
- Mail a written request to I-Carry Technology Corporation, 39889 Eureka Drive, Newark, CA 94560, US.
- Call our California-based engineering team — phone number provided upon request once your identity is verified.
We will verify your identity by matching at least two data points you provide against the data we hold, or by other means appropriate to the sensitivity of the request.
7. Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization, and we will still verify your identity directly.
